In fact all those pills have many many side effects while taking them and moreover when you want to withdraw them. Everyone please be mindful and inform yourself very well before starting to take psych. medicines .

I am in a dark situation of not able to coming out of the use of sleeping pills.... I dont know what to do... I am terribly helpless... It is around 9 years now.
