The History of Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway is probably the best and most exciting, way to travel between the historic and picturesque towns of Lynton and Lynmouth. Stunning views of the North Devon coastline as you glide along the Cliff Railway track water-powered cliff railway with a trip up to the coastal town of Lynton. Gently climb the 862 feet of track of this heritage attraction, relishing the beauty of Exmoor and the view of Lynmouth’s charming harbour below. Railway.
Porlock Weir. Hurlstone Point. Culbone St Beuno’s Church. Said to be the smallest parish church in England, seating only 33, St Beuno's can only be reached on foot. The church is sited in a quiet combe looking out to sea As for Culbone itself, well; the location is an absolute delight. On a sunny summer day, it seems a million miles from anywhere, a place to relax and sit in the quiet churchyard listening to the birds sing.

I’ve started the walk from Sandbanks Poole Dorset UK The South West Coast Path, 630 miles of stunning scenery. I Walk through Dorset Devon and Cornwell on to finish at Somerset’s Minehead. The Walk of a Lifetime I’ve been through beautiful picturesque fishing villages and Awesome Harbours stunning scenery all along the Coastal Path.
The South West Coast Path National Trail is rated as one of the top walks to be found anywhere in the world 630 miles of such superb coastline? The heritage, wildlife, geology and scenery along the way are truly inspirational and every day walking it brings stunning new experiences. To embark on the challenge of hiking the entire route from Somerset's Minehead on the edge of Exmoor around to the shores of Poole Harbour in Dorset,

Padstow’s harbour is also filled with pleasure boats of all descriptions. There is a regular ferry across the river to the Rock Padstow is a charming working fishing port surrounded by glorious sandy beaches, at the head of the Camel River.
Tintagel Castle Joined to the mainland by a narrow neck of land, Tintagel Island faces the full force of the Atlantic. On the mainland itself, the gaunt remains of the medieval castle 1233, Tintagel was already associated in legend with the conception of King Arthur After a period as a Roman settlement and military outpost, .
The picturesque harbour of Boscastle is one of Cornwall’s most romantic places. The long narrow valley runs down to a steep and rocky entrance to the raging sea beyond.The main village sits high above the harbour and is a pleasant place to explore.
The History of Bude, Where Cornwall begins.. There are many beautiful sandy beaches to choose from with surfing hotspots, Bude has some unique rock formations which can provide something of a spectacle while exploring the area
Clovelly is one of the best known and most unusual villages in the North Devon. The cobbled high street winds its way down the hillside through traditional 16th century whitewashed cottages
