I’ve found using my power mode more than shifting makes climbing multi pitch climbs more efecient with less chance of mechanical failures.

Flat pedals seem to work much more in tune with my Husqvarna than being clipped in. I’m loving the hell out of it so much fun love the climbing aspect and incredible descending . Oh yes and the KOMs. 🎉

I have experienced many compromised (difficult and ending poorly) situations on my EBike when going to slow, losing control on rooty and off camber stretches, I believe it is the weight, and centre of balance, don't slow down stop in the wrong place, the heavier bike is harder to correct.

For me, it was the wheel flop of the slacker geometry of ebike vs previous non ebike. Too slow and a root can control the wheel.

There is quite a difference between regular bikes and eMTBs and, it takes awhile to learn the differences especially, the maintenance aspect. I have to take my bike to bits on a regular basis

Got an early ebike, none of the app stuff :(. Still love it though!

Nice one! Sometimes it's good to keep it simple! We're seeing more simplistic e-bike systems making a comeback on new EMTBs!

Something that took me a while to get used to was hitting the assist limit on jump lines. Always seems to happen at the wrong time and ile be in way to hard a gear and feel like ive dropped an anchor. So had to get used to riding in a lighter gear so when the assist turns off i can still pedal

@@vashon100 I think he moved on for personal costs reasons. Probably making much more money somewhere.

Why? eMTB riding is low impact, doesn't mean you aren't using all of your joints or keeping your heart rate up
Plus you will be riding a lot more. 😉
