Always a joy to visit TeaAmantis ... let us hope that the artist is able to have good sales as well as enhancing the trade of the tea room. As the party conferences are to be held in tthe new facility the bridge shall provide security as well as keeping delegates dry. Since the Brighton incident the world has been a very different place. The new car park will involve CPO's for the properties wthin the planned curtilage of course. The changes in the built environment between the last 15 years and the next 15 planned years are incredible yet there are still people moaning about low investment! As the trams are going to be using the Blackpool North tram terminus anent the Holiday Inn from the 16th it will surely mean that the still un-metalled car park area will have to be sectioned off from the public. It begs the question of whether the sub-contractor for the asphalt aspect of this gateway project has gone into liquidation or whether the ground is sufficiently well prepared - remembering that there were many large room sized holes under the supermarket area. Lets hope that the partitioning will be effective as this looks like dragging on for months. The blue tent inside the fenced off ex-nailbar may be the "Low Cost AirBnB" my brother was boasting about setting up ... ideal for the promenade and the Irish Sea!
