    The Sanskrit term 'mudra' translates to ‘seal,’ ‘mark,’ or ‘gesture.’
    In this ancient practice, each finger embodies a distinct meaning, representing elements, mental states, and physical conditions, thus enhancing the overall mudra's significance. For instance:
    📝 The thumb signifies the fire element, symbolizing heat, transformation, and the body's chemical exchanges.
    📝 The index finger embodies the air element, correlating to communication, creativity, intellect, movement, and transportation within the body.
    📝 The middle finger epitomizes the space element, invoking expansion, enhancement, heightened knowledge, and awareness.
    📝 The ring finger embodies the earth element, grounding energies that connect with life's path and family roots.
    📝 The pinky finger embodies the water element, representing emotions and flow, aiding in emotional regulation and alignment with life's natural course.

    In our ancient Gurukul system techniques are taught to the students under their guidance when they are able to handle at what energies and side-effects by the eligibility of the student capabilities... if practice went wrong if any another energy channels open... instead of benefit will ruin their life itself in the name practice...

    Dear I think in moolardhar you should do prithvi mudra not gyan mudra..

    This is the problem with most youtubers, they will show good practices but when to do it, for how much time each mudra has to be done etc is completely missing. If you want to share make it complete and holistic

      I believe the time for each specific mudra is also depending on the person. No specific times because we are all different 🙏🏼

      Sir you can start slowly form 2-5 min and increase time by practice as much as you can

      Start with one chakra and 2-5 min starting time you can increase by time

      Sir you can start single chakar then if you feel better you can do more chakras
      Firstly focus on one chakra
