I applied for the Turkiye Buslari scholarship this year with the help of your three video tutorials and it was a smooth process. Please I want to ask you if it's a must to have the SAT and/or TOEFL or IELTS to stand a chance of being selected for the scholarship and if it's a must to have these exams to get admitted to Hecetepe university and other universities in Turkey. Hi Victor, thanks a lot for the kind words 🙏🏾 No, not at all. it is not a must to have those exams. If you are selected for the scholarship, having these exams may be a factor for them deciding which uni you'd get into. Before the interview, the exams may have little to no impact on your application.
As for Hacettepe's admissions, you need to have one of the international exams listed on their international students page. And SAT is included.

Nah, they are not focusing on that intention letter... I have seen people from Uzbekistan, got invitation letter, even though they didn't write letter and apply by themselves, but consultation companies. Here we, still waiting, including me. I have wrote that intent letter for 6 months, making it perfect and getting checked by students who got in a year before. I have more than 10 extracurricular activities, volunteering, honours, diplomas, scholarships. even work experience. IELTS 7.0, SAT 1360 and GPA 4.9/5.0. But at the end of the day, I got nothing)) I am really unable to digest it. Now, I have question for them "why not me"?

They will register you once you’re accepted
also is it possible to write two fields in the intention letter? like medicine and engineering Or psychology ?
There is no yes/no answer to this.
I would suggest to go with one.

Hi, Yes you can apply. What you need to do is get your transcript (for year 11 and 10).
Then obtain another document that states you are on track to graduate. You will upload this document under"Diploma"
If you can't get it, you can upload your transcript in space of "diploma". And in the "additional section", explain by writing that you are yet to graduate. That's why you do not have your diploma yet.

Hmm, I think it totally depends on how you explain it. Are you informing them so they can be convinced that you are up to the task? Or are you mentioning it so that they know you have another option already?

After my interview, the interviwer told me something : that I'll receive an email in about a month. Now I don't know if I'll receive the email only if I've been accepted or anyway.
