BRUCE RICHARDSON MURDER (MAY 1996)
Richardson was a well-known figure in South Central L.A. The owner of the Genius Car Wash at Crenshaw and 54th Street and just as famous for being a major drug dealer, Richardson was a former Blood gang member but had strong business relationships with both Bloods and the Rolling 60s Crips. This was a very unique bond on the streets of L.A. Richardson was a hard man, a legendary street fighter unbeatable at hand-to-hand combat, with a Karate black belt. He held a devastating reputation in downtown L.A. and instilled fear in almost anyone who crossed him, including Suge Knight who was a high school friend. Suge admired this reputation carried by Richardson until Suge captured the power and wealth of hip-hop in the palm of his hand.
However, Richardson refused to yield to this and openly disrespected Suge and decided to manage his own rap stars to beat Suge at his game. Signing notable talent, Dramacydal who became friends with Tupac and was promised a chance to back up vocals on ‘Pac’s All Eyes On Me album with a spot on his Outlawz click. Richardson consented on the proviso that Suge paid a percentage on the album’s royalties. Suge refused flatly and persuaded Dramacydal to leave Bruce and join Suge’s West Coast Management company. Richardson was enraged and confronted Suge out in a nightclub not long after. With a captive audience, he was able to slap Suge around and strike blows upon the ‘Untouchable’ before Suge’s Mob could contain the fighter. Publicly humiliated, Suge vowed revenge.
Two weeks later in May, Bruce Richardson was shot to death outside his home. Suspected shooters were Mob’s Roger ‘Neckbone’ Williams and Alton ‘Buntry’ McDonald, Suge’s most fearsome hit men. Nothing was confirmed and the murder is still unsolved.
That sounds right, in the book Have Gun Will travel it says Bruce tripped Suge up, then Bountry. It has to be around May 1996, because the reason why Bruce was angry at Suge is because he'd stolen Dramacydal off him.
This sounds extremely accurate, but Dramacydal are the Outlawz (Their Former name; Pac has even stated this several times)
Plus, Dramacydal Aka the Outlawz were never signed to any label during that time period, because They were always with Pac literally all (Mutah has stated as well)
The Outlawz Aka Dramacydal were on the album All eyes on me and Me against the world bro, your info on that part is off slightly, other than that everything else seems crystal.
Dramacydal/Outlawz weren’t with Pac the whole time, they did make a unreleased album when Pac was in jail in 1995. I reckon Bruce either funded this album, or signed them to some kind of deal.

I read about the Bruce story back in 2000. There's a book called HAVE GUN WILL TRAVEL. (The rise and fall of Death Row Records ) In the book it tells how Bruce beat Suge Knight and his boys ass. A day Later they found Bruce and his girlfriend dead in a car next to the railroad tracks.

One of the older books about 2Pac & Biggie’s death also told the story of Bruce Richardson beating up Suge in some venue and then getting killed (allegedly by crooked cops for Suge). I think the book was either “Labrynth” or “Have Gun Will Travel”
The incident was mentioned in both books. He was a Piru, but was unique in that he was accepted by the Rolling 60’s as he made money with them. The incident was apparently over a rapper Bruce Richardson was managing who did some work with Tupac on AEOM. Suge went back on his promise to pay Bruce for the work his rapper did. Suge also ended up signing him to his own management company. Bruce was murdered in his home. They had no real leads on the murderers. They did suspect it may have been people pretending to be cops in order to get let into Bruce’s house.
