My favourite part of the podcast was listening to how Tez took a chance on his talent and worked hard to craft that talent through open mic nights and built something from essentially nothing. He's a big inspiration for me especially as I'm also a creative from Blackburn trying to build something from scratch with skills I've learnt throughout my life!

Tez had so many valid points regarding grating and then hitting a glass ceiling!
Regardless of what profession you are in Muslims have to work twice as hard as Joe Blocks. Fact is we just don’t get the same opportunities as of white counterparts.
Young Muslims living in the UK face an enormous social mobility challenge and are being held back from reaching their full potential at every stage of their lives, a report by the Social Mobility Commission (SMC) has found.
The report uncovers significant barriers to improved social mobility for young Muslims from school through university and into the workplace - with many reporting experience of Islamophobia, discrimination and racism.
Well done mate you’ve done good!
