I miss seeing vehicles with Red interior. My mom had a 1996 Tahoe with burgundy interior and it was beautiful! Now everything today is basically black and gray with Tan and sometimes that orangish color being the premium option.
Nice to see the original AM radio in there rather than some digital upgrade. Also, people forget what headers with an OE exhaust sounds like. I remember putting headers on a friends otherwise completely stock 1973 Mustang 351C convertible back in the middle 1980s, as well as my brother's 'stock' 1969 Chevelle SS. Each had the OE huge stock mufflers, but night and day difference sound-wise.....
i feel like having an old car like this could benefit from some good tires i get it might ruin the look a bit but that little car actually hooking would be impressive
Woah! That one had a little torque. Nice!
Definitely Should've Done Both. I'm Sure The Other Is Stuffed Up Or Blown Out Ready To Go
Music to my ears the old school way.
Love that old school sound!! Nice ride

I would have replaced the other muffler too. But, I'm just OCD that way. Nice looking AMX. They are getting harder to find.
I agree.
I wouldve just put a set of flow fx on it and called it a day🤷🏾♂
True classic. You can tell that car is loved.. Awesome video.
All the money in that beautiful AMX and he leaves a busted ass looking muffler on it..... change them both!
Has a good sound to it, those are called turbo mufflers.
Badass car right there. Sounds nice

Talk about muscle car Era,. One of my favorites.
I had a 1972 AMX with the 401 in it (should have kept it) Fire engine red, white and black stripping with white interior.
My dream car. Good luck finding them in decent shape though.
Nice work! 😎🔨🤘🏻 Sounds pretty nice.
It's quiet : (
@@fish_R_stinky69 BRO! Did you turn your hearing aids up?

That car sounds mean and a beast!
I think Maaco accidentally painted the bumpers. Sounds good though
A lot of people dont like the chrome from that era
What a beast
Sounds 👌🏿!! 😁
Good looking thing
I would have replaced both mufflers and put both Magnaflow.
💯💯🔥🎵
new battery or some more timing
Rough start. Really needs some carb tuning
Sounds awesome, too quiet
man that engine is a bit out of tune...smoking too..Those AMC V8's like to warm up a bit.
Amx??? I had no idea this existed. Nice!!!
It sounds like it has Flowmasters, lol.
Why a stock exhaust?
How come no crossover?
Is that a Camaro?
