I enjoyed watching your week. I have been to Paphos a few times but you still showed me something new. We are going back in a week and will use your experience when we go out exploring.

I think the key is that you said you were on vacation. It's great to have vacations from time to time and I always appreciate the costs videos so thank you.

Absolutely, we kinda think some of this cost was offset with cheaper living elsewhere. Thanks for the comment

Eating out cost is reasonable I think. Good value.

How do you make sure you get enough protein in your vegan diet? It seems you eat a lot of carbs though, including simple carbs (wheat/bread and foods with a lot of sugar such as ice-cream, desserts etc). Are you taking any supplements?

Appreciate the comment, we prioritize getting protein in wherever we go, we'll do this with legumes, soy, tofu, seitan and some powders. We eat a lot of carbs because we train basically every day (with jiu jitsu often being very high intensity) and also we are also more likely to film the tastier higher-calorie foods here. We are very active and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables too!
