I actually stopped video taping for UA-cam cause it was getting in the way of making beer. I was making too many stupid mistakes. Difficult to do both as you well know.
I'm not sure I'd brew if I didn't get to have fun on UA-cam, that's half the fun. But it is a lot of work, specially when you have to be your own camera person. Way easier when there's a second set of hands
Give it a go, it is a great way to really get a nice tasting beer. Let it boil for a few hours. I've seen breweries mashing 3-5 times and doing 24 hour boils. Not sure how much the flavor changes but it's pretty fun to play around with
Great to see you're back brewing again!!
Thanks, it was good to be back!
Brew more beer, lets go. I really like your set up and brew house antics
Haha thanks! I do have a couple brews planned I just need time to get them done.

I ask because I’d like to double mash a good stout to barrel.

How many gallons are you doing?
1bbl. It's a 40 gallon mash tun and 45 gallon boil kettle.
