In case anyone wants to know the green crocodile bag in the case was 15k reduced from 32k . I went yesterday to specifically look at it . The manager actually told me all about it and that it took months to make . However he said it’s not a bag for using often . So basically a gorgeous ornament . So I bought something else . If you ask they have many exotics out back they will show you.

We have high-end designer/luxury malls, and some standard outlets where there may be one or two luxury stores but that’s it! No luxury outlets! The one nearest to me only has ‘run-of-the-mill’ stores like Coach, Kate Spade, Off 5th, and Lululemon with Gucci being the only high-end store! Not fair! 😖 Actually it’s probably a good thing! Looks like I missed a lot of fabulous pieces! My favourites were the Alexa in black on black and the mini alexa in metallic lilac. I also loved the D&G blazer in purple. Also I am very partial to the Jimmy Choo bon bon bag - The navy was perfect!
I know wealthy women who carry replicas. The main reason they gave is that they just understand the value of money and don't want to spend too much money on bags... so more people choose fashionable*preluxz* bags. However, they do spend a lot of money on fine jewelry and other things.
A few clarifications: Neither Westwood nor McCartney do real leather it's PU or fabric. (Not for me!) The Versace chains and raised Medusa logo are not strictly plastic it's resin which is a combination, like with glasses frames. The Longchamps bucket bag is made of wicker cane not raffia. The latter is not cane which is stiff. Raffia is soft. They're not interchangeable terms. Sorry to be nitpicking but it really helps to get this stuff right. I think the Mulberry Alexas are great value and the colours are really good. Nice coverage...pity Bichester is a bit out of the way from Australia!
Thanks for your comment. Yes whilst filming I said wicker and not raffia by mistake. I know Stella is a full vegan brand so I don’t ever mention they use leather since they don’t. Vivienne Westwood do use real leather in their products they ensure the leather is a product of ethical farms & the medusa head felt like plastic so I said plastic.
@@Handbagholic OK thanks for the clarification... but I suggest you listen to yourself again. First you kept saying raffia instead of wicker for the bucket bag and that was repeatedly. Then you corrected to say wicker and then back again to raffia. Eventually you did get it right with the raffia tote. But I've corrected you before on inaccurate use of colour descriptions. I don't think it's asking too much for you to at least try to get basic descriptions right. If Westwood is now carrying real leather they've changed.( Vivienne was only doing PU or fabric, it drove me crazy. PU = plastic of the worst kind. What makes it environmentally friendly? 100 years to break down vinyl is bad...IMO) Resin or plastic It's just worth reading the labels. It's also useful to state for instance the Versace shirts are silk because that explains a lot of the cost. If you could do better descriptions it really helps people. Influencers do just that, and if you get a description wrong it multiplies. TBH influencers have a pretty easy time of it, a fashion magazine has to get their descriptions right.
