Members of the Board of Directors of the Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce met for a planning session regarding the formation of a Chamber Foundation. Chamber Foundations have become a new and popular way to help Chambers achieve their goals. They began the day with board training and then focused on mission and vision statements and goals for the Chamber Foundation to complete that portion of their overall Strategic Plan. The following video outlines the Chamber Foundation formation process.
