  • This first ice season has been a little behind in the good ol' Ne-Bras-ki, but.. Never fear the northern brothers are here.. Or something like that. Jor-Dan and I were sick of waiting', hopped in ol' crusty rusty, and started head north with a couple destinations in mind. I'm not going to lie to you, this was the highlight of the entire trip. Skip, random roadside mission, marking fish, and catching fish? Count me in. PAAA POWWW!!!

Thanks for the video Josh ! I have a question maybe you could answer. A few years ago it seemed like most of the UA-cam crappie catchers were remarking a lot about the crappie's "shoulders." Then all crappie shoulder references stopped and they've never been spoken of again. Did the UA-cam censors decide to classify "crappie shoulders" as hate speech or something? Maybe mentioning them went out of style? What's the deal with that?

They were referring to a specific crappie type that is fairly unique, can't think of its name but it has a thick black mark above the head at the "shoulders". For a crappie, they get big.
