I enjoyed the Jak series (a bit) more than the Crash and (sort of) Spyro series, the ty the tasmanian tiger series would be my second favorite series. Other than that I did enjoy the old Spyro games including Spyro A Hero's tail more.
This boss was hard because, if you pass the first spyro, you'll find that this is the first boss that is inmune to your attacks and has to rely on items being dropped in
What are you talking about bro? This boss fight was easy. lol Whenever I play through this game, I go straight to Gulp to warm up. Personally, I think some of the side quest Orb missions are way harder. Like the Lava Lizards II, and Crystal Popcorn II. The Trolley can also be a pain in the ass sometimes too. And don't even get me started on the Speedways...
Let's me real. When we were kids this was dark souls difficult. I was the first one in my class to beat this boss and everyone kept asking me round to their house to beat the boss for them haha
Little did people know this would become a dark souls boss
Important Tip at 7:16 - With Perfect Maneuvering, You can have the Missle the Gulp fired hit Gulp instead of you
If only I had known that 14 years ago
Man I remember playing this as a kid until I now became a teenager and moved onto Jak

The soundtrack for this boss is badass🔥
Can this boss get any harder!
Reignited Trilogy: "Hold my wings!"
ripto:don't just stand there get him!!!!!
gulp: sure boss
A little tip to make it easier when running low on health - find a rocket and fire it at Ripto, you get a free life as a skill point.
I played this earlier and manage to beat it without dying. Did the skill points, frequently killin' the harmless creatures. I'm up to 70 lives.
Great music for this guy.

I think animations and sound effects here are much better than in the Reignited trilogy.
