    100 straight calf raises every night. At least til failure until you can do 100 straight. I promise you G, you’ll be Vince Carter by fall

    I strongly suggest depth jumps and hurdle hops

    Never underestimate rest. You can only jump as high as you can land. Learn anatomy of the hips and spine before committing to high compression workouts.

      You can definitely land safely on your feet without falling or assistance from your hands from double the height you can jump if not more. I do it all the time.

      U will need about 36 inches vert to dunk but I think u can get that
