I really enjoy Greg’s presentations, from the visual PowerPoint-style visual examples, but also the casual clarity of his explanations of why he’s recommending certain cards, what alternatives might be worth a try, and he’s just as enthusiastic about overlooked card functions as less obvious winning strategies. Winning’s great and all, but the game was more interesting to me as a sandbox to play in with card mechanics representing world-building elements from the movies, than simply making the biggest whoop-ass engine until the next expansion brings those silver bullet cards.
