How much did this all cost the owners? Please be specific - and I understand cost of materials, market, and many other things are variable.
I am in the process of doing my basement and it is about this size. I can tell you from what I see here that it is a minimum of 200k. Where they are in NJ, it is probably more than that. These guys are very good but from everything I have seen they seem to be high end contractors.
It would be great if you gave the final price tag on these. I’m nosey 😅
