Moving the ductwork over to take full advantage of the ceiling heights in this basement and turning the wall cutout for a fireplace for a cabinet was an inspired design concept! Well done!
UA-cam suggested this video 👌 Damn...come on lottery! This will soon be mine except I'll add a star wars death star gun turret 😄 and a moat complete with barracuda. To keep the tax man out
Looks nice. Not a real theater though. Kinda a "theater" for a person who half watches and listens. More like a media space than a theater (for the person who wants to call their bathroom a library because they have a book or a magazine in there). Your customer and their money; I guess they can call it whatever they want! No dis to you(or them) just an observation.
Nice space but you are talking out of your backside when you start about opening up an area not having an affect on sound of course it has a dramatic influence. You call it old school thinking which annoyed me because you are either being dishonest to viewers and your customers or you simply don’t know what the hell your talking about.
loving this channel

Beautiful Job
Great job.
Really professional job 👍🏻🇬🇧
I keep on seeing these concession stands. But, no popcorn? 🍿📽
Nice work
I like your work.
Very, very nice. You guys are good.
Thank you!
2:24 nice basement, like the hidden door to the utility room. Do you need a venting grille for the utility room for the air intake for the furnace?
This is probably the best finish basement I’ve ever seen. Extremely classy and great attention to details!!!
Thanks!
Jesus! The attention to detail is phenomenal!! Outstanding job!!!
Absolutely gorgeous you guys are the best.
Thank you!!
Another winner!!! Cant wait to have mines done!!
Awesome basement. This seems like a popular paint color for the basements in your videos. Do you remember what it is?
Insane, I love it
Your work is awe inspiring.
Can you provide a supplier for those white French doors with the folding sidelights?
you're an expert at what you do, great job
Is it possible to get a planning / design of this beautiful basement ?
Is the exterior of the basement brick facade?
How do you put in plumbing for sinks and wet bar
You never disappoint. Thanks for this P.G.
A lot of money was spent on the materials, they look expensive. I'm guessing this job cost a lot.

Dont hate.
It’s just too obvious
I have a basement that's 2,400sq ft and 8 foot ceiling. I wonder what I can do?
Go for it!
@@jmchez Lumber is to expensive,
You're looking at over 100 grand to finish it nicely. Not worth it.
@@shinyam75 True,
@@shinyam75 Correct if you pay someone but not if you do it yourself.
