Awesome tie Lindsay! Have to tie some of those Sedges here in eastern Canada. On the deer hair stacker, if you just grab the hair with the left hand, there's no need to transfer them from the right hand and risk making a mess of it. Great camera work also. Thanks so much for sharing.
Thanks! I am trying to use the tool all the time there are still sometimes where I forget myself or I am doing Parachutes that I still prefer using my fingers.
Yet another great tie dude. Thank you for another upload. ps..... did that uv resin ‘melt’ a little colour out of the floss? pps..... I thought that using your good scissors to cut gsp thread was not recommended?
The UV resin usually enhances the colour, will need to find the fly and have a look. The scissors I was using in this video are my good scissors, you caught me what can I say! .....lol
Tip for having to much resin/varnish/glue on a fly just touch the excess with with a piece of toilet paper and it will absorb the excess great fly bye the way
Hi Robert, yes there is I find that when I use nano silks to tie that wax just does not cut it. So I use the tiniest bit of superglue to make sure I don't get rotation on the finished fly.

Thanks for the tip and thanks for watching 👍
Great looking fly. Will have to tie up a couple. Keep safe.
Thanks Len and you buddy.
Very classy tie. Those scissors look magical. I have never seen them in NZ but I dare say you can buy them on the net. Thanks.
Glad you like them! I am just about to release a video about the scissors hope you catch it.
Nice tie and good commentary. I also note your improvement with the whip finishing tool!

I presume that this fly will also work on still waters. Again another great video Lindsay.
I think so Alister, may be taken when a Sedge hatch is on.

Thanks pal, great tip.
I notice that in some videos you use wax at the start and others, like this one, superglue. Is there a method to your madness?!

@@lindsayiflyfish Super, thanks
