Sir if in confirm OOS, route cause did not identify then how we can give CAPA?

Hi Vikas , thanks for your query, please note that CAPA can be taken only when you identify root cause during an investigation. If root cause is not identified you won't be able to take CAPA as if disease could not be find in a patient, what medicine would you give to cure.
