Been following your videos for a while now Latif and if you liked this food I recommend a restaurant in Sheffield called Maveli. I now set Indian food in Britain by their bar.. don't get me wrong I love BIR curries but South Indian food has more of an authentic taste and that restaurant completely changed how I view curries and how I make them at home. If you do ever go to Maveli please message me and I'll send you my recommended dishes 👍
Rasam is known as RASSON' in Mauritius, an all-veggie warming broth/soup, that is consumed during the winter evenings, before supper. The 'tamarind presence' influences the taste greatly!
