Well dude! Great video, can't believe you dug a pit! Not sure if you are interested but you're setup is not we'll described on any forum in terms of how a W58 will work in an IS300. The key points are which parts do you have to ensure the input shaft to the tranny inserts into rhe pilot bearing, and aswell how you managed to have the gear shifter line up perfectly with the stock postion, and aswell how your drive driveshaft meets the differential from the tailshaft.
