I truly love your tutorials. Although I am still a novice, i can now follow along without pausing. Much of that is due to your ability to teach and format the steps so thoroughly and understandable. I truly appreciate all the help you give, kick the tutorials coming!!
Thank you very much. This is the best Photoshop tutorial I have ever experienced. Step by step instructions with explanations and screen highlights to follow.
I have found this to be an incredibly, valuable lesson. It is so easy to follow and I created my own logo beforehand, and simply followed the master to create a great looking log for my client. Bravo!
Just Awesome! Several items used here that I haven't seen in any of the other popular tutorials. Will have to over it again to catch them. Have learned at least one thing from all of your videos. Thank you.
That was lots of fun, thanks Marty! I always learn so much following along with your tutorials. You make learning fun and easy. I've been looking for that defringe forever and then, bam! You show me where it was and that was the icing on this awesome tutorial!
I really enjoy following your tutorials, especially the logo related ones. I was hoping you could start where you left off on this one, and continue it to include the texture of the current Movie Superman Suit (small logos within the rubber texture of the group)?
Wow wow wow! Thank you so much for what you do. I learned so much from this tutorial! Not just how to do this project but photoshop features that I can use on other projects. You are the best!
Another enjoyable video Marty -- thank you. I'd love to see a video demonstrating how you did the "fly over" of the still image during the intro and outro. I presume you're using some video editing software.
Make a copy of the logo and create a layer mask of the letter/symbol next to the copy. Make a Hue/ Saturation adjustment layer above the copy and clip the adjustment layer to the copy. Check "Colorize" and change the Hue and play with the Saturation.
First time using PS, and your tutorials are PERFECT. I'm attempting to copy this logo just to help try and understand the layering etc, however the CTRL + SHIFT + ALT+ E didn't do anything, any idea? thanks again for the superb tutorials.
i just want to say i love your tutorials, i think they are great. very cool stuff... however i am having some issues finding the correct filters and what not. i am currently running PSCC15. do you have a tutorial similar to this that is specific to CC15? i would really love to do this super hero shield design for myself with my initial in it.... thx in advance :-)
very nice tutorial but when I try to save alpha channels there all mixed up i used this tutorial to make a nice glossy emblem for videos but need help with alpha channels
Thank you for a fantastic tutorial. I have a cs2 version. Is it possible that I can´t do it with this version? In the Layer style window there´s missing all that you use to finish your logo.
