Thanks for this video, it is very helpful. I need todo the same on my Touareg which appears exactly the same (early BKS engine) Do you recall if the belt you took off or installed had 82 or 83 teeth? I'm a bit stuck trying to figure out which one to order as they both could apply to the BKS engine. I cant even check the current one as it has already been replaced and I dont think the previous person knew what they were doing, the tensioner is completely out of place and the hex adjusting part literally broken off. I know this was redesigned on the later versions of the BKS engine, which also include a tensioner rolling pin at the top. I'm thinking that's why there's 2 different belts available.

Think I've figured it out by looking at the full kits online, kits with the rolling pin have belts with 82 teeth and without it have 83 teeth
