Man the modal exchange from B Minor within the 1st part of the song before the chorus was beautiful and the progression of the chorus too where it modulates a half-step up to C Major in the finale of the song 11:06 (last 30 seconds) like tonality and the minor 4th (F Minor) at the part where Tony describes "a change in progression" are beautifully done. Great song.

@@jjthomson2815 At 4:31, the progression changes to be a lot more tonal or not "out-of-the-box" (meaning in the home key of B Major) creating that bittersweet and emotional chord progression, rather than borrowing from the parallel minor key in the beginning with the "Scottish Highlands" type of melody and adventure. It then modulate a half-step up to C Major.

I need more Eve pleaseeeee. 夜は仄か (yoru wa honoka), 虎狼来 (kororon), and 遊生夢死 (yuseiboushi) are phenomenal Eve songs with a lil bit of a different vibe compared to the rest of his stuff. Would honestly just love a big Eve video drop with a bunch of his stuff
You should also react to Ao No Waltz by Eve. Really beautiful 6/8 song with the chorus hitting just as hard with a unique chord progresssion.

I know it's been 8 months since the bideo released, but I'm pretty sure he made this for a chocolate commercial, same thing for Heart Forecast which really might explain why both of them sound so different than his regular songs
That giggle of happiness and awe is another thing that brings me here. Inspite of your knowledge of music, you also just love music and what people do with it.
I came across this song by mistake coz I hadn't listened to Eve in such a long time despite having his entire album on my phone...it was a sinkhole into all of Eve's song. Granted there's very few I don't like as much...not that they're bad, it's just not what I'd like to listen to...but that shows Eve's brilliance.

Eve always has some really great music going on, but I especially enjoyed this one. Departure from his normal sound, but so good! Prob my fav song by him so far! Chord changes were dope and the feel just refreshing
I think what you heard that sounded like an accordion was a melodica! They're really neat little instruments shaped like a keyboard that you blow into that sound extremely similar to accordions. They're a lot of fun to pick up and play~

I don't know if you've heard about him, but you should check out Masayoshi Takanaka. He is a Japanese Fusion artist from the 70s and youtube algorithm has recently started to bless him so he is getting a new audience. I'm absolutely in love with him. If i had to reccomend anything, Oh! Tengo Suerte, Beleza Pula, Ready to fly and Blue Lagoon are some of my favourites. Just listen to one of his songs, you're going to be drawn in in this endless pool of songs and every single one of them is good. He is quickly becoming my favourite artist!!

It's kind of obtuse cause.. well. It isn't _from_ Pikmin, per se. It's from a yet-to-be-released rom hack called "Puffmin Quest"'s OST. I wrote it and am pretty happy with how it turned out (for using 20 year-old instruments) and was wondering if you could give it a listen/some critiques?

Final fantasy 16 moongazing plz.
Eve surprises me and impresses me over and over again, and this one had me hooked immediately. Loved it, your breakdown of it, and seeing your deep appreciation for the collective artistry on display. Animation is incredibly beautiful, fitting with the music so well.
Btw does anyone know anything about the animators behind this? In the description it credits StudioXD, but upon looking them up, I can find no studio or relevant information.
