I just began my burpees journey and I will def stick to the routine. Did a solid 250 yesterday and went for 100 today cause my arms gave out but it’s def a brutal workout. Ima get to your level one day brother

I had a frozen shoulder when I did burpees for 2 weeks. However I think I'm healed now and will try this routine maybe I'll start at 10 reps each. Imma take it easy this time.

Oh my days...just done the 500m row, 25 body builders x 10. If that was your lunch session then you sir are a beast. That broke me inside and out. I can't do that super long style training but I'm gonna start doing 20 2 pump burpees a day and go from there. Until about a week ago I had never even considered burpees but after binge watching a bit of Iron Wolf I am utterly convinced by them lol
I do this every mnorning. I also do a HIIT version that I created. I do the 1,2,3, seal and 5. Thats a set. 65 set = all the reps of the foundational routing but in a HIIT type way.

Great work! Very inspiring. For those who work full time with crazy long hours...how do you find the energy to get in these long grueling sessions? Do you prefer before or after work?
You have to make yourself do it, eventually it becomes habit. Depending on the job, morning or evening could work. I'd recommend the time when you have the most energy and are likely to do it. If you aren't sure you have enough time in the morning, do it after work until you can accomplish your goal within a set time frame, then switch up your exercise time if you feel it works best for you.
I do it in the evenings, when the kids are in bed
30 minutes relax/nap after work and then you go

Favorite routine. I do a calisthenics PPL and my push days are 2 rounds of this. I can do it in 55min but tryna drop it down to under 40min before I add a third round.
