If he's let off for any reason, then justice department should step in and press charges for violating civil rights. This is a hate crime based on race.

If I were running that investigation, I would have hired two white people with air tight alibis to come into a lineup and have Jessie point them out and make up a bunch of crap In a signed affidavit. Next I would have revealed to him that they were off duty cops who were on shift that night on the other side of the city with body cams to prove it. Then I would have slapped the cuffs on him.
I just wrote a similar comment lol but I would have taken it further and let him believe it while the two guys are "destroyed" by an over reaching justice system. Let him believe they killed innocents the whole time
