Yes and no. The island instances are still very restricted and don't connect to the rest of the game. I predict housing item prices will go up for the weeks after the change is implimented though not relieve the general desire for housing.

Until they discover they actually probably don't want it at all - which applies to some but not all and it takes having a house to find out whether the great rabbit hole of decorating is your thing or not. Back in the day houses used to sit empty for months on end, especially on smaller servers. Then came housing FOMO as the player base expanded. In the end it will settle down - somewhere in between back in the day and currently. But nothing can replace a house.
I don’t think it will relieve the housing problem, so much as make Island’s more desirable. 90 slots is HUGE for people who like decorating, and people complained that there wasn’t much to do on your island once at max rank. I can easily see people decorating their islands and then going to visit friends islands, like you would in a game like Animal Crossing New Horizons. It also makes every outdoor housing item they add for events waaaaaay more interesting, and actually *useful* for the vast majority of the playerbase (if they *want* to use it, they can.) I know I will be hanging out on my island a lot more once I can make it look “my own.” Personally, I always want more stuff to decorate! I have a personal house and also an FC house, for the small FC I’m the leader of. I love how they look so I don’t want to change them just to decorate more, but now I will have something *new* to decorate 😂

I do not think so. To much in 6.1 to 6.3 already pointed at Meracydia. 6.4 will sure mark the end of the 13th Shard but I am sure we will lose in 6.4 which outcome will be played in 6.5 and will lead us into 7.0.

YoshiP said previously that 6.5 is going to reveal the next xpac plot line, so I suspect that the 13th stuff will be wrapped up OR it will progress to its next stage. I still think Golbez is an Emperor Xande clone and given how much dragon and allag lore they've been dropping the past few patches, I wouldn't be surprised if the next xpac revolves around some Neo-Allag empire vs the dragons

This method of choose your own path is the best relic line. Look at past relics and watch them get closer and closer to this. If you want a glorified shopping list, you can make up your own. Not everyone wants to do dozens of fates or run CT ad nauseum.
Here's hoping we get tomes for the new relics again, just passively farming the stuff while enjoying the game playing other content like Eureka is a blast.

New Dungeons looks like a version of the Thirteenth without the void corruption. The Buildings there look like it's similar to the architecture of Troia. Maybe it's gonna be a Vision or something like that. It would make sense in that way, that's it's a big open area, so obviously the dungeon is there to show us the enviroment of that specific place.
A mate of mine had a good idea for tomes named after main game cities so Tomestones of Midgar, Tomestones of Besaid etc etc then there's no shortage of names ^^
I think one of the reasons for restrictions for transmog for stuff like SCH is canonical logic. Some things replacing the fairy would doesn't make sense in lore, such as a pixie. While some people wouldn't care, SE generally seems to, even if it allows things that are silly. I mean just reading through mount discriptions just goes to show that they at least try to find a way to justify pretty much everything they add in the lore.
There's enough evidence to suggest Sabik could be mentioned in any of the current content in Endwalker. MSQ, alliance raid and 8-man raid are all going to prominently feature things associated with the number 13.
I still don't think we are getting Zeromus is 6.5 because Amon and the Endsinger already have similarities to Zemus and Zeromus so unless they change them in a big way, it would probably be better not to do them.
I think it could happen. If we remember what they said about Void creatures being influenced by the souls they consume, if Golbez ate the shard of Zodiark, it would have been full of the trapped souls that filled Zodiark. They could be what is influncing his behavour. If somehow, when those souls were freed they ended up possessing Zero, she could end up as Zeromus. It would be particularly significant since Zero hates the idea of being anything but herself.

Even if we do, he seems to believe his plan will succeed no matter what happens, so is it possible he's already set the wheels in motion for a full-scale invasion by the voidsent into the Source? At this point, all signs seem to be pointing towards Meracydia in 7.0, but that doesn't mean we'll be done with the 13th in the patches. If it's anything like what happened in Eden, it's going to take time and effort to restore the 13th, and I don't see that resolving itself by 6.5.

They specified that geomancy is the direct opposite of Astrologian, since Astro deals specifically with aether readings of the stars, while Geomancer deals with aether deadings of the planet. So they're effectively: Astro = Up/Outwards, Geo = Down/Inwards. Conjury bases itself on aether derived from the natural as well, so thats why they're basically two separate disciplines pulling from the same thing.

That's why you were able to go to Kugane and help repair their shrines because "the two magics intertwined like two halves of a whole" and it appeared that the similarity was because Astromancy draws power from the stars overheadd while geomancy draws power from the star we're on.

Extremely unlikely. I use the extra retainer sub and once that sub runs out you can’t access it at all. Everything that retainer has is locked.
