Da quanto tempo e quanto tempo al giorno ti alleni per ottenere questi risultati? (Ovvio che anche la dieta corretta fa il suo)
almeno 8 o 9 anni, ci sono i video online
routine del genere le puoi eseguire anche in molto meno tempo (dipende da che condizione parti) in 8 anni impari a fare cose molto più pesanti come le skill etc. Lui di cose pesanti ne fa poche ormai non perchè non le sappia fare, ma perchè ha paura di infortunarsi (e se si infortuna non può lavorare)
