toutouo you are correct. The road is dirty because it was March and the snow was melting. So you can see all the dirt/sand on the road surface. It looks much better in the summer.
@roryriedel K Im from Calgary and Ive visited Winnipeg's downtown, it does not even come close to being compared with Calgarys or even Edmontons lol. Just Calgary's Beltline has more highrise than all of Winnipeg. That was a bit of high reach on your part. Winnipeg's core is better compared with Ottawa or Hamilton.
please stay on the right side of the freeway (Circle Drive) and move to the left lane ONLY when passing. (there are signs instructing drivers to do this).
Thank you for your valuable comment. You are correct, although not entirely. The left lane should be used when - passing other vehicles (I didn't pass anyone), driving faster than vehicles on the right lane (I did), and/or changing direction when the road splits (I did).
it says slower traffic keep right like big rigs and whatever. the left lane is not for speeders and passers it is for using to drive just keep it 90 km

Saskatoon and Winnipeg are Very similar cities, Saskatoon is just a bit smaller and has 200,000- less people than Winnipeg
