@@drklztestchannel2638no they use ot for the failed metaverse project. If you don't release new kits at all (except for a few HGs) I wonder where all the money goes
@@drklztestchannel2638 well I'm from the Netherlands, we actually have a good minimum wage instead of needing to survive by kits like in America. And as someone that lives in Japan I can say that we don't get new stuff here at all. I still can't find a MGSD Barbatos anywhere except for at a higher price at resellers. The state of gunpla here is abysmal and everything is being sold only by lottery. So at least the money isn't going to new kits, only reprints of kits that are stacked up in stores because no one buys them
I don't think this is another hand grenade. the upper body hold up just fine. the only bad thing I've seen so far was the loss hip joint. i'm not saying this isn't bad or it's totally worth the price. it's still bad if customer has to "fix it" themselves consider how expensive it is.
Considering the RG ORB-01 Akatsuki Gundam is reusing some frame parts from the RG GAT-X105+AQM/E-X01 Aile Strike Gundam, I'm not surprised it's not as stable. This seems to be a repeat of the situation we have with the RG MSN-06S Sinanju. That kit reused the inner frame of the RX-178 Gundam Mk-II. Anyway, this doesn't really bother me since I never planned to buy this RG. Instead, I'm waiting for an MG version. Even if we get an MG and it reuses the MG GAT-X105+AQM/E-X01 Aile Strike Gundam [Ver.RM], I'm not too worried since that MG is quite sturdy and relatively a new kit.
The sad news is I still find RG Gundam Mk.II an amazing kit, while RG Sinanju was too much of a stretch for such frame. The Strike/Aile Strike frame can't hold up through time and it's a known fact, but they still went with it, makes this way worse than Sinanju's situation.
Only the torso and head section has 100% new inner frame. Other parts like arms, legs lower waist still use the RG Strike inner frame, although not all of it is used (Hands, feets and upper waist that connecting side skirts completely have new parts). I admit, this kit is loose but I don't think this will be worse than the Sinanju that have many falling parts (I know about this because I saw a Japanese review that showed what parts of the Strike inner frame were used on Akatsuki)
Ok, so I’ve been wasted my Summer again for the 3rd time just like what I did with MG Virtue and MGEX Strike Freedom, but this is what I get in the end a hand grenade?!
I don't think it's as bad as it seems, the legs aren't good at all, but everything else seems fine, the kit was only falling backwards when only the legs were being held at 1:28 , showing it's not an abs issue but a leg issue, as for the skirting, well it's skirting and since they made it longer and it's the real grade type of skirting, I think the fall off is just something that comes with the medium, but I do think the legs are inexcusable, in the USA this is a $90 kit, it doesn't matter if it's easily fixable or you think it's okay since it's meant to be more of a statue, for that price there shouldn't be an issue like this, not to mention bandai selling a $45 add-on for this kit before this is out is fairly predatory imo, because you either buy it before the kit is out, or wait and have to pay more for one second hand, but now if you bought it early and aren't happy about the leg issue, your just screwed over. I don't understand how bandai fumbled at the finish line with this kit, I'm just happy it's an easy fix, but unhappy that a $90 RG needs to be fixed at all
I forgot to mention the backpack wings and shield, which both don't seem like big issues, but maybe once you actually get it in hand, but from the video the wings look easy to disconnect, but they don't look like they'll just randomly fall off easily, and for the shield, it just also doesn't feel like a huge issue to me, but that's just based of the video, maybe they actually are really bad, I just haven't looked into it much due to my concern with the legs.
@@Saicofake even the skirting is a joke. The ball joint clip, flimsy legs, terrible body articulation, it's everything a modern RG shouldn't be. Spend your 50 on an MG Jegan or something else. What a joke.
@@Saicofake Def not encouraging it, I do start the comment positively, but trust me, as someone who's paid for the kit and the add-on, I'm definitely far from pleased with the product, and I feel less like I spent money on something, but rather that I'm stuck with it and can't get my money back due to the nature of pre-orders, it's insane to me how Bandai can release something like the RG 2.0 and then drop this
