- Fantastic Basilic by Montale is a Floral Fruity fragrance for women and men. This is a new fragrance. Fantastic Basilic was launched in 2022. Top notes are Basil, Kumquat and Pear; middle notes are Frangipani and Tuberose; base notes are Benzoin and Tonka Bean.

Although the price point is accessible, Montale/Mancera fragrances are very Niche when it comes to complexity and 'out of the box' approach to their perfumery! I wouldn't suggest them as an entry to niche! For simplicity, new fragheads should start with creed.

Completely agree! A unique fresh/green fragrance that takes a little time to get used to. Elegant/refined daytime option.

Montale is most disappointing fragrance brand. I've tested six of this brand all of them were awful, specially mango. That experience made me stay away from montale forever.
The brand is not for everyone but it's like that with any brand to be honest.
U haven’t tried the right ones. I own 4 of them n they r very good. Keep trying them n you’ll find something you’ll like
