I rarely comment before I watch a video, but if you care more about performance, size, and price than you care about having the extra local dimming and brightness of the Hisense U8N and TCL QM8 from 2024, yet are still looking within QM8 and U8N prices, even after my post-purchase research, it excels in areas of performance the similarly priced Hisense U8N and TCL 2024 QM8 still struggle in. While the Bravia 7 is better, it is at least $500 out of my price range, even with special sales. I can't stress enough how awesome a deal you get with the Sony 85-inch XR85X90CL from Costco. The Costco exclusives include a two year manufacturer's warranty, a three-year All State warranty, and the same backlit aluminium/aluminum remote included with Sony's flagship QD OLED A95L, making you feel like you own a premium product every time you pick up the remote.
I had to return my 77 inch S95C that I bought 3-4 weeks ago because of non stop black out issues while gaming at 4K 120 on my PS5, with audio delays and eArc issues as well. I was going to buy the S90D but I’ll wait to see what the flagship Samsung QD OLED shows at CES before I buy another TV. Can’t wait to see you there giving us insight.
They all looked great but the S90D could the one for me, as my current tv tech. is 1080p , 10 plus years old. Q.D. OLED W/ pixel shift tech would nice to view.
I remember when I started this journey with you I had no clue what to buy and your videos helped me buy the x90e and now bravia 7 but there are so many more options it's ridiculous and I'm sure it's overwhelming for the average customer hopefully they also come across your channel and pick the best for themselves. Now get to CES I can't wait to see the good stuff
Thank you again for your brilliant content!....My personal best TV 2024 which I wanna buy in 2025 is the Bravia 9 in 85".....Just best of both worlds with an extra punch of brightness in our very bright living room.
@@miltyap5600 Thank you for your advice! LG G4 in 83" was my alternative favourite, but it cost 1.000,- more and as a Sony Fan-Boy I really liked the Bravia 9 even more. Just more natural and so bright, just HDR and is outstanding!!!
My Samsung UE55KU8020K lcd 4k hdr 10, one of the lenses fell off the lcd panel. Which tv should I buy any advice? I mostly use it for ps4 pro but I might get the 5 if they bring out games for it.
let me clarify...i think he said C4 then said G4. simple mistake. the C4 and 83'' B4 have a9 gen7 processor. the C4 has the evo panel... brighter. the G4 has a11 so a step up but you pay for it. my 83'' B4 from costco is a thing of beauty lol. watch again and it shows the info with the price.
I am.amazed @ the brightness of that 98 inch tcl on the wood pallets...coming off a terrible experience with LG over a burnt pixel warranty claim denial on a UR8000 wont ever have LG in my home again.would you say the color represenatation on TCL is.close to LG?
Can you please do a deep dive on 8K pc gaming at CES? You sold me on how much you love 8k gaming and want to know if 2025 will have features that 2024 8k tv's did not. I mostly play decade old games from by steam backlog so my games are not demanding. Do you recommend 8K detail in gaming or 4k at a much bigger size. If 8k is not worth it at 85in, then I'll go for the 98+ tv's to game on at 4k. 60hz is plenty for me btw, I'm a casual.
Waiting to see what 2025 brings before I make the decision on replacing my 77” a80j in my bright living room. Imma move it to the bedroom. Great bedroom tv but need more brightness
Miami Vice! It's Jennifer from MWAVE. My husband has convinced me to upgrade the TV. We are looking at an 83" Oled to a 85 mini led. The room is light controlled. No gaming. We have a TCL QM850 right now. I love that it's user-friendly and the picture is good. Kinda lags sometimes when switching programs. I do like the brightness. I get a little overwhelmed when my husband takes me to Best Buy. I hear a lot about Samsung, but I have never had much luck with the brand when it comes to kitchen appliances, so I'm a little leary. Sony looks kinda dull at Best Buy. I want to quit buying TVs every year, so what's the best TV to invest in? I'd like to stay around $4500 or less if possible. Thanks! Hope you and the family are doing well!
We recently were able to buy a house finally with a decent home theater room. I have the older TCL 75 R6 but really want to step up to 98 or 100 inches. The TCL Q6 98 inch you think I'd be happy with over what I have? No dimming zones right? Is that a deal breaker? Another awesome video Brian! Love these vids!
Love your channel, bc of you, I went to the warehouse and was able to snag a Sony x90l 85 inch for $1,000 perfect tv. Had the tcl q7 at first but hated the motion. Returned it and love my Sony
It makes very little sense to me why Samsung withheld their top processor from their QD OLED offerings? Or why they still call their mini LED 8K their flagship, when it’s picture quality gets beaten so easily by their much cheaper televisions?
Most excellent! I can't get by the Hisense / TCL made in China issue ( I'm not wanting to support our enemy as much as possible.). I'm liking the mini LED's, but most have pitiful viewing angles. The OLED's are super, but I still worry about burn in. Oh, woe is me!
@@markstorts8303burn in is a non issue with the new oleds. I have a older 2018 lg c8 that I game on daily and it doesn’t have any minimap or hud burn in with over 22,800 hours on it
@@markstorts8303 We have a Sony OLED in our family room where the TV is used nearly all day playing either movies for the kids or gaming. No burn-in with HEAVY usage since 2021. I wouldn't worry.
Of all your videos, I have the most fun with these and it was great to see as usual. Have a good safe trip!
I'm so glad you enjoyed it! Thank you so much for watching!

@VivaLaFamous so sorry to hear that my friend! Stay tuned and thank you for being here
The price for that 98 tv is unbelievable.. What did something like that cost 5 years ago? 20k?

Have you noticed with the IPS and VA edge lite and Ditert lite ,
That they don't have Blooming and the Fastest Motion of all TV's ,?

That's a great plan! Thank you so much for watching.
One last question Brian, out of the Samsung Q70D, Hisense U8N, or Sony X90L, which do you think would be the better choice?
Thanks Brian
Thank you so much for watching Craig!

Lg c4 or Samsung S90d?
Can’t seem to decide on them two. Been wanting to buy a 77” but don’t know which one to choose. Suggestions please. Thank you
S90D if you’re a gamer.
Hi Brian, Does the HIsense U8N 75 inch carry a better panel than its 65 inch counterpart?
The 75" had an ads pro panel which has better viewing angles
@BRIANSTECHTHERAPY Thanks

Costco's interior is very poor. I would never go to this store.
Bulk and discounts, not smoke and mirrors.
