I love horses, have had 3. A riding hors, a retired race horse and her baby foal. The last two were a 50/50 partnership with a high school friend who became a equine vet.
Liron , it’s been a while since I visited you here. Your still every bit as driven as when I started watching your videos from your start. Excellent work...Backlight is beautiful. Stay safe and well. BarbraJoan in Tallahassee, Florida
Where have you been all my life!? 🤭🤭 I just found your channel and you explain everything so well!! Thank you so much. I'll be sure to go watch all your past videos now.
Liron, have been learning in my art class now to convey movement in watercolour art. We have been using watercolour pencils, and trying masking fluid for highlights and negative spaces but I haven't been too successful. This painting is ideal as subject matter and I shall be trying it using different techniques, pencils, and following your guide using wet on wet. I love your teaching style and look forward to watching other videos. Than you.
Many thanks for all these clear explanations, Liron! I failed 3 times before doing one watercolor I like. I learnt a lot with this video about how to create a sens of depth and of mouvement. I often tend to put too much details on my watercolors and don’t pay enough attention to the contrast. Thanks again 🙏
awesome! easy to follow what you are explaining and demonstrating on your topic of painting wet into wet. (your videos are never boring btw, no matter if they are longer than 20 minutes!)
Wow I haven’t been watching your videos lately but this was such a great video. From the photograph I can see the movement too but on your painting, I can even see colors!! Really beautiful!
My chance to let you know how much I like your videos!!!!! You do such a great job making this time that we are all in better. Watching your videos let’s me relax a little and I learned so much from you during the last years. Thank you!!!
Really good to watch you in action. I loved the fact that so much can be shown in just one color and would suspect you could render this motion in almost any color although I love black values.
Second WOW from me (1st one was on instragram). The movement in the painting is perfect, and the values over the whole painting are spot on. This was a pleasure to watch.
Amazing work, i think its the first time that i see painting you an animale. It reminds me the work of Hazel Soan that i love ! The mouvement and the light
Your best work yet. My usual criticism of your work is that they seem too static with lots of straight lines, as to the finished painting it seems looks like coloring book than painting. But, this painting is AWESOME. And seems original your own style. Keep it up.
Great lessons Liron ... you really are an awesome teacher! I will be purchasing one of your paintings someday ... difficult to choose one I love so many! Thank you!
Beautifully done. I love the splatter. I painted this same painting a month ago. I have to say I cheated a little by tracing the horses. I always enjoy your videos Nicely done.
I noticed that Emily Olsen also did a version of this photo using Moonglow at about the same time (two years ago). Was this a coincidence, or was there a friendly competition to see how different techniques work for the same reference photo? Both turned out nicely, though l always like your tips on rectifying mistakes - plus your enthusiasm.
Definitely possible (: It’s a very different technique, but as long as you blend it in the right places - it will look good! With that, I do think watercolor is faster (but not necessarily easier) for these types of blurry / blended edges (:

Thank you Liana 😁🙏🏼 Let me know how it goes!
genial como siempre, gracias
Thank you ☺️ Simplicity is magic!
I love the picture. This is real practice for using my brush. I can't seem to avoid the harsh lines when the paint dries.Thank you Liron
You got it Alicia, thank you! 😊🙏🏼 Give it a try! Wet in wet is a great cure for harsh dry lines (:
Wow. i love this painting. Great job.
Thank you so much Sharon! 😊🙏🏼
very enjoyable, easy to follow

Thank you 😁 Happy I could overcome it with this one 😉🎨
I am amazed! Gorgeous! I yearn to do something like that.
Thank you Janet! 😊🙏🏼 Give it a try! The technique isn’t necessarily easy, but the process and work order itself is pretty straightforward (:

Mastery my friend, mastery!
Great painting and good tutorial, thanks a lot Liron. Could you mention what kind of black you were using ? Neutral tint ?
Thank you for watching 😁🙏🏼 It’s called Neutral Black, by White Nights. You can actually see it in action here: ua-cam.com/video/jpSCHj-t5zk/v-deo.html
Fabulosity well done. I will try to find another sample of ,running hoses .
Love this-great work-hope to something similar one day!
Go for it Patricia! It’s great fun ☺️🙏🏼
This is lovely. I find myself wanting a tiny finishing touch on the right front hoof. Picky, picky, picky.

Liron Yanconsky

Could you do it with Pencil? I wonder if will turn out like that with Pencil.

Thank you for the Answer. Sorry if that quite disturb you a bit but could you make a video about that technique? I'm very curious.
