It seems strange how he just went off with the 2 men. Can't understand why the woman who told him about the buses, and then later saw him going the wrong way when she drove past him, just didnt stop and say it was the wrong way, and advise to go back for the bus.
My theory, kidnapped for losing a bag. He managed to escape but couldn’t risk waiting for the bus so set off walking. A number of things could have happened from that point.

Not a risk taker at all. Number 1 risk apparently jumps in a car with 2 men twice his age. Risk number 2 decides to leave the property he was in if he even was at that property the pic shows its nighttime but he wouldn't of been at the property till around 7am. Risk 3 decides with no water no phone battery up all night off his head on biscuits the pics I've seen looks it anyway then decides to go on a 10hour walk back to his hotel coz he didn't want to wait 2 hours for the next bus. Its all abit strange

It's crazy to me how they say he is not a risk taker yet he went in a car with 2 people he barely knew in a location he didn't know about and he decides to walk 10 hours instead of waiting for the bus 2 hours? That is a huge risk take don't you think.
I do also suspect he took some pills or something to do with drugs at the festival and hasn't paid the people or people wanted more from him,so he got scared and left the festival with those 2 new friends to escape the area for a while but then maybe those people found him? And to avoid getting taken by those people he went off road and nature took him....
I just hope he is well whatever happened I hope he is found alive. I am a type that like him to go on a car with people I just met and also decide to walk and even decide to go off road in rough terrain, but until now I got lucky and arrived safely everywhere so I am hoping the same for him
