Damn, that's actually a neat looking design. I just finished installing this same motor and controller in my e-scooter; you should really look into some Li-ion battery packs to increase your range. Keep up the good work!
@@FatherAndSonsGarage that size of battery is usually 12 amp. 144 watt x 4. = 574 watt. to get 2000-watt out of 4 batteries. each battery would need to be 43 amp. as to type better with lithium. will reduce size and weight. more power. but very expensive.
you are wrong, did you see de battery discharge curve? those kinf of batteries can supply up to 140 amperes in 5 seconds max, and therefore it can supply a lot of current.

what is the maximum range by km and how much time does it take to be fully recharged ?
I believe 46 km and takes like to hours.
Now these are not the batteries I I'm supposed to run but will be upgrading it soon!
