- I used 2 motors from a hoverboard. The battery pack has been revised to fit the frame design. Using bottom brackets, axles and bicycle cranks.
From idea to completion is a long process. I think will add some 3D printing parts to look better but I have no time for that.
Next time there are 2 projects: Unicycle (one-wheel electric vehicle) and E-Jetboard / E-foil

It's beautiful... This supposed to be the device that can eliminate traffic for all cities in the world.. all they need are bike lanes and good public transport that allows people to bring these scooter inside..

Металлу надо дабавить это точно. И в рулевую и в подвеску. Батакерка походу тож слабая. А дизайн обалденный, мне нравиться!!
@N1 Он маломощный, с колесами от гироскутера. Там ни скорости, ни мощности. Так что сойдет и так. Тупо в магаз поехать или дать младшему брату покататься.

Интересные конечно решения, но до первой кочки, открутившегося болтика или лопнувшего шва его точечной сварки!

Это самое простое и оригинальное из того что есть в you tube о самодельных самокатах. Шатуны и каретки рулят! Я в восторге!
Точно рулят, шатуны, коретки, бог с ними, правда до первого серьезного выезда. Дальше все по отлетает на ходу, век воли не видать. С такими углами приварки и соответствующих нагрузках на амморты, просто не желец данная конструкция.
Ну нахер... Я бы очковал становиться на ЭТО даже в статике, не говоря о динамических нагрузках.

The results were quite good, accelerating quickly, good suspension fork. In the process of connecting the wires, I damaged a front-wheel controller, which led to not being as expected. You can fully use a 60v battery pack (14s ~ 16s) and a 500w controller to reach the highest speed without damaging the motor.
This is the dimension I have measured, the units are centimeters and millimeters. steel pipe frame part is 2cmx4cm - 1.2mm thicken, steel pipe handlebar section should choose the type of diameter 30mm: drive.google.com/drive/folders/1vTTxt5tDVddCjVBXtPBOFpDxmVNlqp2q?usp=sharing
For those guys think the single-side swing arm is weak: If you have a bicycle, I challenge you to stand on the pedal to bend it
i've tried a 500w controller on a single hoverboard wheel, it burned at the first slope !
Sorry to hear that. U know, one motor will handle more current if using 500w controller when starting up with load. If your weight too heavy it will blowup the motor. 2 motor will reduce ~1/2 current flow. 500w controller can use with 60v battery pack for get more speed.
What is max speed with these motor-wheels?
It wont bend if you stand on it normally, if you stamd on it sideways, it will bend, specially those cheap chinesse ones. Nice idea, but I don't see it working for 80kg people
Remember that you cut your crank and your weld has no penetration

That's a very good video. Please make us a video on how you made the bottom brackets. I really want to see how someone can make bottom brackets easily especially if there are any options to make them without lath machine.

Эти шатуны, которые он использовал для подвески, из пластилина сделаны, загнуться могут.
да там не только шатуны, есть и более тонкие места. вся подвеска держится на одном болте, который подвеска пытается согнуть. на гусе у профиля срезан угол, явно прочности это не добавит, можно же было нормально состыковать 2 профиля. и так во всем.
да сам автор скорее всего все это понимает, не зря же он такую мощную подвеску тестировал на ровном асфальте.

I am wondering what are the specifications for your shocks? I finish building an e scooter, but my shock isn't strong enough.
Also do you have wobble issues at high speed? Like the front wheel has a mind of its own when you travel at >20km/h, like it will go left right rapidly.
