    I am a physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor and I specialise in Physiotherapy and Pilates training in pregnancy and post-natally. I wanted to make a series of videos to support every woman through pregnancy and strengthen your whole body for the changes to come. I have recorded one Pilates program a month throughout my pregnancy for you to follow through yours.
    This month - month eight - we focus on the whole body. Maintaining strength and cardiovascular strength throughout our pregnancy is important to prevent injury, prepare us for labour and set us up for a great post-natal recovery.
