- With the Summer NASCAR race around the corner and Welcome To Rockville on the horizon, it was time to take another tour of Daytona International Speedway. This is my experience.

Went to the Daytona 500 in 2022.
Our 1st ever trip to Daytona International Speedway.
Didn't get to see all of this stuff.

did this along time ago with my family was fun but I was to scared to ride in the Nascar thought I would die if I went too fast because some of the nascar divers were there during our tour so we just rode in them definitely would do it again

The tour is pretty great and it seems to change a bit each time we take it.

We haven’t done the tour in a long time. It would be neat to do it again!
Totally agree with Van Halen being the greatest band of all time. Was the first concert I ever went too and being 28, I get to brag alot about it lol
Live nearby but haven’t done the inside part in a while. When it was Daytona USA I remember they had racing simulators, let you call a race and even had where you could attempt a pit stop. Looks like that’s all gone now.
I remember the simulators from the past. I also remember the pit stop, but I can’t remember if they had it during the old pre 500 Daytona Lightning type events or if I’ve seen it during the regular museum part.
@View from the cheap seats loved your video I wanted to do that last year but everything was closed other then the walk around the museum and only part of that was open and the Van Halen Porsche looked awesome none of that was there either but Hey how much was that tram tour all around inside and out of the track this has been a dream of mine of wanting to do I'll be in Daytona next month as well.
The tour, including the museum was $25. They seem to change some things up each time we go. The Van Halen Porsche was definitely a highlight for me.

my wife and i did the your on our honeymoon in 2018 and didnt get to walk on the track or go into the stands. that makes me pretty sad
Oh no! I wonder why they didn’t include those pieces in the tour, unless a race was being prepped for. :/

@@ViewFromTheCheapSeats Might have to convince my wife to do the tour next month....or try a little less and get my father in law to go with me. Haven't done the tour in almost 20 years! Definitely going to the Rolex 24 in January. You heading there in 2022?
@@Faborplumbs Im sure we will try to get to the Rolex again next year.
