For those wondering why he has a voice line regarding Fionn, in the war before Apocrypha, Fionn was the one who won the war and fought Amakusa, he nearly killed Amakusa if it weren't for the fact Rulers had authority over all other servants giving Amakusa a blatant advantage.
Fionn was Darnic Yggdmillennia's servant while Amakusa was the Einzbern's servant during the third holy grail war from Fate/Apocrypha. In short, they were enemies.

Eventually, they used dirty tactics to kill Amakusa’s master. Fionn and Amakusa then faced each other in a battle to the death before the former was betrayed by Darnic and Darnic made away with the grail.
