To me,a guy asked me how i move forward and look the other ways,i say, i use the peripheral vision,he was like:so you look at the image of ansamble?he had no clue,what a peripheral vision is😂😂i said:yes man,ok.
But it’s not just your metabolism I used to do 315 push-ups a day plus some pills up and sprints n stuff every day and I used to look really good. But I used to hear so many older people say oh that’s just cause your metabolism so I stopped working out every day just to test they theory that was discrediting all my hard work guess what it’s not just your metabolism I’ve gained a lot of work like I’m basically fat now but to see him doing his 100 a day regardless of what motivated him gives me the mind to work back up to my 315 a day.
For some people it is their metabolism. I knew this girl who hated the outdoors, would do everything in her power to not sweat ever and ate like a teenaged boy and she was very thin. Cut to 23 years later she had 4 children and worked as an office worker sitting at a desk 8 hours a day 5 days a week and is still doing so and she is still very thin. She’s never worked out or into physical activities and is one of the best bakers I know, she loves sampling her own pastries. For her it’s definitely her metabolism. She is 45 now and looks amazing
@@shutthefrontdoor733 skinny people think they eat a lot but they don't. That's why they are skinny. It's not metabolism, your caloric needs can be calculated with a mathematical formula that works pretty well for everyone who isn't sick with some kind of disease.
