That judge should never had let Josh out of jail, it's a disgrace, he is a danger to his children and everyone he is around.

To be fair, that judge had just been appointed to the bench. What I want to know is who decided to give that particular judge Josh's case? Was there some inside finagling done to give an inexperienced judge a case like this?

There were no valid reasons to keep him in jail. They have to offer bail. His release conditions are very normal for all those facing CP charges.

I have a lot of respect for the investigators that do that stuff. I would be a mess if I had to watch that.
While the investigators are excellent at their jobs, it will eventually get to them. Especially if they have children. PTSD is real and catches up to everyone employed in C. Exploitation.

With the amount of connecting they could do between his phone and computer, I don't think there's anyway he can say it wasn't him. Hopefully Anna can understand the details when it comes out. He should not be near his kids, he is a disgusting man.
Imagine back to how you felt on September 11, 2001 - it was a shock and took months (years for some people) to start to try to comprehend what was done to our country. Anna is in this shocking situation, pregnant, and all she knows is if she divorces Josh, she'll be turning her back on God- that will NEVER HAPPEN.
I don't think Anna will ever believe it. She will have an excuse for what really happened because she does not want to believe it.

@@catherinefisher8534 it didn’t take me that long to comprehend what had happened on 9/11. Sadly it ripped me apart but showed me what it was like to experience terrorism first hand. Let’s not compare Anna’s experience to 9/11. She knew who her husband was before he married her. Knew he molested 4 of his sisters, one of them as young as *5*, and family friend. She continued to ignore the red flags during their marriage when he admitted to cheating on her and being a member of Ashley Madison. Again, she chooses to hide her head in the sand after the CP investigation began. That’s where the sympathy ends. Yes she was raised in a cult, but that’s not an excuse, she still has a brain and common sense… you would think. If it looks like a duck, and walks like a duck… come on. She continued to stay with him and pop out his babies. I stopped feeling bad for her when she continued to support him during this investigation. A part of me thinks she knew Josh might be going away for a long time and did not want to burn the Duggar bridge because she lives in JB’s warehouse and he will no doubt need to support her and her 7 kids financially.
He couldn’t have incriminated himself worse, if he tried.

Since when do the parents get to say to CPS if their children get questioned or not???? SERIOUSLY??????

I'm wondering about that as well, but then Jim Bob has very deep pockets and don't forget he was a state representative in the state house so he has favors he can call in. And I think he has done all he can to protect his brand so to speak.
If you refuse, they can get a warrant. If they can’t get a warrant, they can’t question them. The court will appoint them a guardian ad litem who will argue for them in court of CPS persists. Been through this myself- tho in my case it was false malicious reporting. My neighbor who knew us well was a cop and advised me. Luckily, when CPS tried to bring the cops in, he was the one that came with. I let him in but wouldn’t let her. He’s the one who told me the law. She never came back because they couldn’t get a warrant based on anonymous calls- which we later found out were my friend’s CPS worker, for four of her kids adopted out of the foster system, whose bad actions against my friend got her fired and fined. She had to pay all of my legal fees. She lost her certifications when they discovered it was her harassing me. A children’s court judge got fired in all of this as well.

In regard to parental rights and the "lack of evidence" which allows him to see his kids : There will continue to be a " lack of evidence" as long as the court tolerates the Duggars non cooperation with having the children evaluated by CPS. I am increasingly worried as his behavior appears to be compulsive and with all of the restrictions, his own kids are all he has access to. TERRIFYING.
Agree Valerie. Also on his peer to peer sharing, I pray to god he is not sharing videos of his children in sexual situations!

To me, it is irresponsible to NOT evaluate Josh’s kids and to also allow contact. The children’s safety should come first. What was on his computer even involved a child losing their life in the CSA … seems pretty serious… I hope as things progress his children are evaluated.
How could the judge release him after all this graphic evidence? And how can he still be allowed to see his children!? 😤
I want to thank you for exposing the depravity of Josh Duggar. I don't think anyone could have imagined how awful it is. He's the most dangerous creature and not to be allowed around children. There is no cure for him. Just the knowledge that his father probably now knows all he's done is impossible to accept.

Having watched the entire video, wow, the evidence is really damaging. Fear for the victims of this smut. Also fear for Josh's kids particularly if Anna doesn't wake up.
The problem with Anna is, she was raised in this cult, her folks are deep in this crap! Back when this first came out about Josh, her family told her they would disown her! They have never supported her! There is no way she will leave Josh! And that’s so sad, they are so indoctrinated, there is no hope for them!! Josh took pics of his office and let many people know he was there so he could convince Anna that he had to stay at work. But that's what is convicting him; his own desire to hide his behavior from Anna which led him to place himself at the computer during the downloads.

He has had pneumonia 3 times (he has scars on his lungs from it, which,makes him more susceptible to any lung illness,) the flu countless times..basically any childhood illness they can get, he's had. Its a terrifying thing when your child (no matter what age) is sick and you can't help them. Im so sorry to hear that about your son. Im sure mine secretly hates me right now because we've had to keep him in a bubble for going on two years now, but, im hoping one day he understands.

The family doctor kept saying it was nothing. It was pneumonia and a SEVERE cat allergy- we had several cats. I sort of aged out of the majority of my asthma as long as I stay away from cats and don’t breathe cold air.

I see a cardiologist now due to high blood pressure linked to epilepsy (linked to an unexpected brain hemorrhage I had in 6th grade). By now after many years I seem to know doctors offices and medical centers like the back of my hand!
Heart mama here too! I know this comment is super late after posting. My heart dropped when she said open heart surgery. My little girl was born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome and passed away after her second OHS. So glad your little boy is doing well. Once a heart mama always one ❤

Those that get their jollies from cp find ways to get it and share it. Thankfully most state and federal law enforcement agencies are very proactive in investigating this crime. Further major investigations are shared around the world to find the worthless human beings making the content.

Exactly, if there was too long a gap with no activity on Covenant Eyes she might get suspicious, (like when your kids get too quiet) so he was doing some minimal trivial things on the 'clean' side of the partition at the same time. He was creating an alibi for himself which ironically will help to convict him! It places him at computer at the specific time.

It's a proven fact that this kind of perverted behavior escalates over time. The most dangerous type of pervert is the kind that does multiple deviant behaviors. Josh's abuse of his sisters, his use of Ashley Madison, his visiting strip clubs and the use of prostitutes, and finally his using CSAI all point to a unrepentant deviant psychopath.

Sheltering your child from a world they will inevitably need to learn how to navigate isn’t nice. Hopefully Anna and his parents will be in the courtroom and will have to listen to every sick, filthy detail of what he's been watching and fantasizing about. The poor jury will have to hear all of the disgusting details, so should they.

This is just unbelievably disturbing. I have a question though, when Katie says that these file sharing sites require users to upload content in order to participate, does that mean that these users have to create the content themselves? Because if that’s the case that should most certainly trigger an investigation into his kids.
On many of these sites in the dark web a person has to upload original content to be able to receive original content from someone else. It’s so vile ! If someone doesn’t upload they are booted out of the circle.

They absolutely should be looking into if his kids were harmed. I personally think they should bot be allowed to see Josh at all.
Not only do they have to share content, many have to pay a "subscription" over a set period of time, usually monthly or bi- monthly. So it's not just a one time thing, but a ongoing thing. If they don't pay the "subscription" fee they get locked out and dropped. I'm convinced this wasn't Josh's first time visiting these sites. I think he's been a repeat customer. I'm curious to know if this computer that he had to partition on was a new computer?
