We should be getting proper compensation because this is a fatal bug. A drop bug is far more fatal than a skill bug, since it's a major part of the game system and how it functions if it's broken then the game is done for. If they don’t fix it soon, players could literally sue them. For example, using an ultimate gem with a 100% drop rate on bosses should guarantee you every item that the boss has, but because of the bug, you get nothing. That counts as false advertising, and it’s illegal.
I suspect not isp problem. Because last time isp poor connection, the game will not connect. Strangely game not lag, experience still get but only selective on drop. It happen after maintenance.

Kalo lu mau bikin char akun baru itu gak bisa, bakal dikasi warning "memory did not respond correctly" Gw nemu ini karena gw pengen main lagi di hp, dulu make laptop semenjak pembatasan update 32 bit. Pas gw coba di hp baru malah dikasi warning, dan itu pun bukan pas baru buka game nya, tapi setiap lu mau bikin char. Karena di hp gak bisa" gw coba di laptop, malah ketemu masalah yang sama Karena gw baru nemu video ini gw ngasal tes juga, ternyata bisa kalo pake data seluler, tapi wifi engga. Pas gw tes drop mob pun sama, cuman bisa make data seluler. Wifi sama kayak Abang make Myrepublic, kartu juga sama Xl
Kayak gw bang pale wifi kagak bisa, tapi kalo pake data bisa. Jadinya kalo setiap mq yang bahan harus pake data, pas lawan boss pake wifi ( lebih tepatnya sih pas lagi lanjut mq tanpa nyari bahan).
gw aja pake starlink kena bugnya juga, kerjaan gw peneliti mahluk laut khususnya paus di laut gk bisa nyoba pake data gk nyampe sinyalnya(lagi di tengah laut) T-T
I too experience zero drop when using phone data. If switch to company WiFi then drop return to normal. But all this while, I also use phone data to play and farm and have no problem with drop. How to fix this? I cannot 24 hrs in company to use it's WiFi. I will return to home with only phone data usage.
How to fix it right now is just use the ISP that don't have the bug. Not sure they will fix this soon or later, but i still have the bug and can't farm anything right now.
I have same problem, change isp then solve, but why I want to change it because of a game? I use my friend's data to figure this out, it is ridiculous, I heard that they are using this method to prevent bot but why punish us, player who farm manually, w+f.... asobimo did a "great" job, the game is good, but asobimo trash, I hate how they threat players
Many says it was ISP problems, i kind of agree trying using mobile data and drops works, but my wifi doesn't. I don't know exactly is this only for indonesians, or outdonesians are also having this bug?
