Because, on main weapon halberd if we use gsw we can already max up motion speed, does it make any difference if we exceeded the cap motion speed?. my point is, i just wanted ask if I can switch to str>dex for a bit more power, tbh, I just found out that I'ma power crazed person back in 2016 haha. I wanted to make sure nothing's wrong with my mind. I just wanted to make my build inefficiently powerful! Haha. Thanks!😂
