Mario: Finishing races by avoiding contact is a good thing, it shows good sportsmanship and raises your rep a lot Luigi: YOU WIN IF THERES NO ONE TO BEAT
I'll think about it! I'm not sure how could I make it interesting, because I don't prefer talking through videos at all, but rather a text based overlay to what to aim for and what to. Also if I would make one, then I would make one large video of it to keep it all at one place with UA-cam's chapter system, because I find that more beneficial than having 30 separate videos for 30 missions. So, I'll think about it, certainly
@@fenderbender2476 I mean if you really don’t prefer talking then I would recommend just texting overlay so you don’t have to stress on explaining also you can put tips on how to make the run easier.
@@ChannelAboutYou Sounds reasonable. I should probably do it in a missions breakdown, so one video for 1 mission to keep it simple and easily searchable, instead of making a 5 hour video (probably not that long) about every single tricks in the book. I'll probably do some runs in my free time to get rid of the rust and look around what happened since I did my last run, which is more than half a year probably, or at least feels that way.
how did jericho even manage to get behind tanner and jones in the alley if he was right in front of them when they were chasing him?? He literally had nowhere to go and juke or hide. This always bothered me
He was parked next to the container that was on the trailer implying that he parked right behind Tanner and Jones as they went through the alley, allowing him to wreck tanners car along the way through before the devastating crash, honestly though the fact that neither Tanner or Jones noticed Jericho as they were driving to the alley way does bother me quite a bit so you can say he had nowhere to go, otherwise their peripheral vision is very poor.
@@D4YT0N4 I know right, they would definitely be checking around the area before going down the alley instead of a making an assumption of Jericho going down the alley as a guaranteed bet, and even if a real cop thought that he went down the alley the cop would still notice the swat van within his peripheral vision so in reality Jericho would have nowhere else to go other than the alley way, in my opinion it should’ve went like this: just as they get to the place Jericho makes the left turn but this time catching a coach driver off guard forcing the driver to crash blocking Tanner from making a left turn which allows Jericho to keep going straight and make a right turn as he slows down, quickly getting out knowing that a bus blocked them he peeks around the corner to see Tanner and Jones take a right turn into the place assuming Jericho went down there as a hiding spot which gives Jericho the quick act to end tanners life to end the chase and rivalry as he always planned to do thus allowing him the opportunity to doing so but he must be fast, so he quickly gets back in the van and drives down to where Tanner had just went, then the script continues on the same way as we remember which would probably make more sense as to why Jericho had been behind them that whole time, Ubisoft didn’t really think of that part but the story is still as good as it gets.
Yeah it has a very unique gameplay mechanism and I like it a lot. 3:03:45 is not a bad time, assuming you don't have a speedrunning experience, but with a little practise it's easy to shave off time... of course if you would take it seriously, because I mostly do runs for funs and not making a "carrier" out of it, so that also adds up to that I perform better
I don't think that can be done or at least not by me. There are too many long missions to shave off another 20 minutes in my opinion, because there are a lot of long missions where you just can't save time to be honest. Like tailing Krug, or Leila, or the charity mission where you have to return 4 cars, but I hope someone can prove me wrong. Maybe 2:15:00 can be possible though, but that would be the very best RNG playthrough. Nonetheless, thank you for checking it out!
@@fenderbender2476 if a mission skip was found it could be Sub 2hr.but like you said it's unlikely as of now due to the slower missions like krug or lelia
You carry over all your progress that happened in the game, besides story missions and dares iirc, so cars/skills/willpower/activities/challenges remain as it is
Yeah that's understandable, because the cutscenes are really good, but I have a video of me playing the game through without any regards of being the fastest and with cutscenes included if you are interested in that. Still, hope you liked the video!
Nice! If you have interest in playing with others, I recommend joining the Driver Madness discord server, because we play every friday/saturday/sunday if there's interest

Really nice run, would be cool to have a video with you talking through some of the strategies Ur using and the little intricacies.

@Scholette if you release a ram at the top of a jump you get a speed boost.
Yeah, I saw that before, but I wasn't confident with it through the run, so I chose not to use it through a real run, but thank you for your feedback!
