Unfortunately they don't have any floorplans available online anymore for the Armstrong since they have sold out of it. Sorry.

Hey Christine! Yeah, they allow a fenced back yard with the HOA approved fencing styles and any approved plan from the HOA. There are a few homes in the neighborhood who have put fences up.
