Friendship always should be non negotiable, as is trust. I can see the trauma bond as a pattern but not one I was prepared to engage in. Having just come from a trauma bonded relationship, but when taught this as a child, it can be a difficult pattern to break and possibly driven by the lower base nature or "primal instinct", as in passion(?) combined with trauma. The intense attraction. Hard enough to handle from one side without being beaten up becuase someone else is battling their own base needs. Yes, it was rather unexpected and it is rare.

We were friends for a number of years, even before we started dating and in the beginning of dating, he was attentive, he made me feel special and cherished, told me and showed me he loved me, and then he just left me hanging with no explanation, just seems aloof. Cause when shyt goes left I always say as your friend first, removing the lover part in order to get thru what has been or has happened... I forgave him already for mishandling me... He has to be open and truthful to himself... That foundation has been set and its set on Holy Spirit so when one comes against that I have to reset and reevaluate us at times... Everytime he goes thru somethin he calls me and has said I calm him when he be in a freenzy & he say one thing but does another so he has to find the alignment within himself... I cant do that for him, I can just be there as a friend 1st & whatever else will just fall into place. Thank you Crystal for another message!❤ In the past yes, you could say I felt or thought they mishandled me in a certain way. I didn't fully understand what had happened. There was this whirlwind of fast energy that I wasn't prepared for at all. It really took me time to understand it was all part of the bigger plan, the process. Iam grateful Spirit came through to help me figuring out reasons for things to unfold the way they did. So I took it as a lesson, later on as a gift from Spirit!
