Hi, thanks for the demo! So the rub mark on the shower floor... Looks like whatever rubbed it caused a hole that's been puttied over... Is it fixed so that it doesn't leak? Also, when you opened the fridge, the freezer door fell down. You didn't show closing that door. Does the freezer door close and latch and seal tight? Does it still work as a true freezer that freezes food? I'm a little concerned about the carpet fading inside the cabinet... I've only ever seen that in a couple of camper Vans I looked at that were in floods. Has this been in a flood? Or do you think that water tank may have had a leak in it? Thanks in advance for your answers! I'm a long distance from you and am really interested in this vehicle
Hi there -- I can have the fellas in the shop double check but they all go through the same inspection process which is quite extensive and the includes a water test (so it shouldn't be leaking). Levi has talked about it in more detail in this video here, and we'll have some more "formal" videos explaining our process coming soon: ua-cam.com/video/6z4TqhqWnYY/v-deo.html I already have it on the list to have them fix the freezer door, so rather than include mentioning it in the video, I just cut that part out. Not to mention it was clunky holding the camera and the pointer for that part, haha! The fridge/freezer is working well, although certainly having the door fixed will help the freezer portion be more efficient. I just went and looking further into the cabinet with the water heater/water pump that has the faded carpet. The floor feels solid in there and I do not believe it has been in any flood. From our experience, there are usually extensive signs of that if that were the case and you'd be seeing signs of water throughout and not just that one cabinet. Many of the Roadtrek we see from this era with the teal/blue or brown colored carpets have significant fading issues. My guess would be the more severe fading in that cabinet would be a combination of heat from the water heater burning combined with some moisture and condensation from the water pump and water heater due to the hot and cold thing going on in that small space. We also buy nearly all of our inventory from private owner -- this allows us the opportunity to meet who owned the van and we picked this one up from the original buyer himself. There are quite a few service records on the CarFax (please email us at kuhn@truckandrv.com if you'd like a copy). We've also got our records of what happened to the unit in our shop, which we can go over via email or in person here at the dealership.
Hey there -- already have it on the list for the guys to address the freezer door. Rather than say anything I thought just have them fix it. There is no stove cover -- you could get an aftermarket one. There's a hook on the wall to the right of the stove that would have held the factory one up.

@@TruckandRV thank you so much for all this info! 👍🏼I've been looking for a while and means a lot to have all this information
Nice little unit. I always like the blue ones.
Noticed the freezer door just flopped down and looks like the kitchen faucet was holding up the cover for the stove cover?
