Game Day in the American Home snack time

We will need:
1 pack wanton's
1 lbs ground beef
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 onion
1 tbl garlic powder
1 tbl paprika
3 large mushrooms chop fine
Brown ground beef until almost done add bell pepper mixture and cook until veggies are done
HOMEMAKE CHEESE SAUCE:
1/2-pint heavy cream with (your choice) cheese
1/4 cup milk
Put all in a sauce pan on medium heat stay vigilant so this don't burn or stick.
When thick and smooth remove from heat and put over ground beef mixture and fold in.
In a cupcake pan crisscross wanton's in cups press in sides add filling and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
